By accessing and using CallAweh ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
CallAweh provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services that enable users to make international calls using internet connectivity. Our service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
IMPORTANT: Emergency Calling Not Supported
CallAweh does NOT support emergency calling to services such as 911 (US), 112 (EU), or any other emergency numbers. In case of an emergency, you must use a traditional telephone line or mobile phone to contact emergency services. CallAweh cannot be held liable for any inability to reach emergency services through our platform.
To use CallAweh, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your phone number through our verification process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Users must verify their phone number using our Twilio Verify service before making calls. This verification:
• Confirms your identity and phone number ownership
• Helps prevent fraud and unauthorized use
• Is required to unlock calling features
• May be re-verified periodically for security purposes
CallAweh operates on a prepaid credit system:
• Credits must be purchased before making calls
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
• Call rates vary by destination country
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance
You agree NOT to use CallAweh for:
• Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to access emergency services
• Automated calling or robocalling without consent
• Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws
In compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):
• You consent to receive service-related calls and texts
• Message and data rates may apply
• Consent is not required as a condition of purchase
• You may opt-out of communications at any time
While we strive to provide continuous service, CallAweh does not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Availability in all countries or regions
• Call quality (dependent on internet connection)
• Compatibility with all devices or networks
CallAweh and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Inability to reach emergency services
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:
• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion with or without notice
• Upon your request to close your account
CallAweh reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
